Designed an intuitive healthcare plan shopping experience that helps users easily compare coverage options and understand plan details to make confident decisions.


Utilized the Design System to create a regionalized application flow that maintains regulatory compliance, enabling consistent scalability across markets and user types.


Designed a post-submission management feature that addresses user pain points by allowing applicants to track status, access key details, and upload documents. The feature aimed to lower support calls, provide application transparency, and improve the overall applicant experience.




Delivered a fully online broker experience, enabling application management, quote creation and sharing, and streamlined collaboration with clients.
Launched in 2019 following regulatory and WCAG AA reviews, the application suite continues to provide a seamless experience for applicants, brokers, and member services agents. reducing administrative costs by minimizing the need for manual processing and improving data accuracy and compliance.
